Privacy Policy

NightDesk (“we”) provides after-hours answering and booking tools for home-service businesses. This policy describes information we collect from website visitors, prospective customers, and — once a shop is live — call and job data we process on that shop’s behalf.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit on forms: name, shop, email, phone, trade, market, software.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring URL.
• If you become a customer: call recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, service addresses, job notes, and outcomes needed to run the desk.

How we use it

• Respond to inquiries and onboard shops.
• Operate the answering desk and send owner alerts and reports.
• Improve scripts and service quality.
• Bill and collect fees.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

Call recordings

Live customer calls may be recorded. We disclose recording on the line. Default retention is 90 days unless a shop asks for longer in writing or law requires otherwise. The shop remains the service provider to its end customers.

Sharing

We use processors such as hosting, email, telephony, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information. We may share data with the shop that owns the customer relationship, or if required by law.

Email hello@nightdesk.com to request access, correction, or deletion of website-inquiry data. Shops that use NightDesk should send end-customer requests to us and we will assist as their processor.
