NightDesk provides after-hours answering, qualification, booking, and related reporting for home-service companies. We are not a licensed contractor, dispatcher of record, alarm company, or emergency service. Callers in immediate danger should be directed to 911.

No guarantee of revenue

Marketing on this site describes a typical offer, including a jobs-caught guarantee that applies only if it is written into your order form. Results depend on season, market, call volume, whether you honor bookings, and whether your on-call number answers.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit unlawful content or to request life-safety, medical, or alarm monitoring. We may refuse any shop.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NightDesk is not liable for lost jobs, missed emergencies, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Paid service liability is defined in the MSA.
